Our ethos; to treat each and every horse under our care as if it is the only one we have, extends to our liveries also. Each gets the individual care and attention it needs and deserves.

Offering packages to suit the owners particuliar requirements costs vary according to the type of care required.

As can be seen in the 'About Us' section of this website here at Robins Nest we employ a range of natural and classical type practices to enable us to listen to what each horse is telling us. Every character is cared for in the way which best suits them amd all care, training and feed is tailored to make them as happy and healthy as possible.
Facilities

Livery stabling is within a purpose built american barn environment. The barn has a very airy, open and welcoming atmosphere and all loose boxes are modern, large have excellent ventilation.

Turnout is on good ground with little mud and year round good grazing, without being overly rich. Paddocks are divided by post and electric tape and can be tailored to suit your horses needs; from individual to small group, and limited to free access grazing.

School use is included in all livery options is floodlit outdoor 60 x 30m with sand and rubber surface with practice jumps available at all times. 20m diameter round pen for lunging use or when a smaller area is beneficial.

The Showjumping Paddock is available for schooling use over the summer months, 60 x 40 meters with a variety of fences with fillers.

The 4.5 mile farm ride accessed directly from the yard consists of wide grassy tracks with optional XC and jumpX fences around 50 acres of undulating farmland. Offering plenty of opportunities for fun canters, hill work, jump schooling or quiet wombling away from the local lanes.

The hacking in the surrounding area is very good. With quiet lanes, easily accessible bridle paths very close too, and the well known Killer Mile within minutes of the yard, fabulous for fittening and conditioning work!

All horses must be insured and prefer all to be immunised against flu and tetnus before arriving on site.
