2010 Has Been a Fun Year!....
EQUINE PHOTOGRAPHIC COURSE
A day long course presented by Simon Palmer of Into The Lens gave us a fantastic day of instruction earlier this year. Practical and theoretical sessions in various settings gave all participants oppportunity to create beautiful portfolios and and learn ways in which to capture stunning images of horses and ponies of all types and characters.

We will be hosting another Photographic course by Into the Lens in 2011. For more info or to be contacted when dates are finalised please fillin the form at the bottom of this page.

HORSE OWNERS MASSAGE COURSE
Hosted by Holistic Horse Help the Horse Owners Massage Course gave owners a much deeper understanding of their horses anatomy and how massage can be benificial to their well being.
Participants were taught how to give a relaxation massage as a way of maintaining their horses comfort, happiness and performance.
Presented in a very approachable format all participants went away following the full day course feeling they had really gained something and the horses involved were left very content and happy, wishing every days work could be like that!
Dreamer is concerned... "Does my bum look big in this?" ;)
Previous Events
Barefoot Seminar October 2008

An afternoon interactive seminar with guest speaker Paul Jackson of the UKNHCP (UK Natural Hoof Care Practisioners Association).
The limited place hands
on session introduced the UKHHCP care ethos, barefoot tailored trim and the possibility that many horses can continue a full working life without the use of the traditional shoe. In fact all of our horses and ponies here at Robins Nest are barefoot.
The afternoon event lasted for 3 hours, included an information pack and as many choccy biccies the attendees could eat!
If you would have been interested in attending such an event please call or email to register your interest. If enough interest is received the event will be repeated.
